Legacy – Traditional % Salary Model

That’s why we continue to offer our trusted legacy solution, to existing clients providing the same exceptional service & results that our clients have come to depend on over the years.

For new clients wishing to work with us using our traditional legacy model, we do have certain eligibility criteria. Which include:

  • Have a genuine open position which needs filling
  • A full brief available including experience required, skills & personality / cultural fit
  • A period of exclusivity (2 weeks minimum) or committed to working only with Blue Rocket, not using 3 to 4 other agencies in addition
  • Committed to the process, providing timely feedback & communication

As with our Full Mission Control Solution, our traditional legacy model is designed to manage every aspect of the hiring process, working in partnership with you & taking full accountability of your hiring requirement. From taking an in-depth brief and crafting job descriptions to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates, we handle it all. This fully managed solution ensures you get top-quality hires while saving time and resources. We also provide expert consultation, market insights, and post-placement support to ensure long-term success.

Our fee structure is based on a percentage of starting salary, as per our Terms of Business (available on request) and payable on the successful candidate’s commencement, backed by our 100% 3 Month Guarantee.

Initial Consultation

We begin by thoroughly understanding your businesses hiring needs, team dynamic, culture fit & ideal candidate profile. This is a where we are honest as to the results we can deliver. There is no obligation to use our services at this stage & no hard sell.

Candidate Search & Shortlisting

Search, Selection & Shortlist

We get to work and start to search & screen candidates, leveraging our network, internal database, social platforms and other pro-active methods.

We present a shortlist if experienced, pre-screened candidates who are suitable for the job, have been fully briefed on the role & your company, are motivated to move & their salary expectations are aligned to what the role is paying.

In addition to our initial shortlist, we will continue to present candidates throughout the process.

Interview Setup & Offer Management

Interviews & Offer Management

After you have reviewed the candidates we will coordinate & set up all interviews on your behalf. We will confirm all arrangements, prepare candidates & provide feedback, keeping both you and the candidates fully informed throughout the process.

Once you have chosen your successful candidate, we will help facilitate the offer process, aid in any negotiation of terms, bringing together a successful outcome for both parties.

We will coordinate notice periods, confirm start date, provide candidate coaching on counteroffers & ensure regular post-acceptance follow ups & check-ins.

Candidate Commencement
Fee: Full invoice presented with 14 day payment terms

Successful Candidate Starts

The successful candidate starts with your company. We are always on hand to help in anyway we can or provide any advice.

Completion of 3 Months Employment

3 Month Milestone

At this point, we confirm that your new employee has settled into their new role well, meeting expectations and there are no issues.

 

 

Although, we still provide our traditional legacy recruitment (% model), eliminating all your risk exposure, this of course comes with a high final fee due to the risk of us not being paid for any of the work we carry out, incurred upfront advertising costs & overheads & much more… By choosing one of our fixed-price recruitment solutions, you achieve greater control over hiring expenses, improved candidate quality, and a more strategic recruitment approach.
