Senior Marine Freight Forwarder

If so, we have a vacancy that may well be of interest. Our client is a well-established shipping company to the marine sector based in Central Southampton.

The Role:

As a Senior Forwarder, you will be responsible for the start to finish process of moving yachts around the world, import, export & cross trades. You will be commercially minded, be a natural problem solver and be able to build relationships with customers & suppliers.

Although project /out of gauge experience would be beneficial, more importantly is attitude and willingness to learn. So, if you have forwarding / shipping experience, and that required spark, then we certainly would like to hear from you.

Essential Criteria:

• Import / Export Freight forwarding or liner experience
• Commercially minded
• Excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

For the right candidate our client is looking to pay between £35-£50K for the right person along with benefits.
