They are looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team in Southampton.

The Role:

As an Operations Manager you will manage daily operations and oversee yacht transport, be able to develop growth strategies within the company, pursue new market opportunities and develop partnerships plus develop growth strategies.

The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships with their key partners plus represent the company at strategic events.

In this role you will need to grow and ensure the superior capabilities of a twelve dedicated team to deliver a wide variety of yacht transport services including charter and liner shipments

Essential Criteria:

  • Marine Management Experience – Maritime or Logistics
  • Demonstrate leadership and expertise in business strategy and operations.
  • Maintain high integrity, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in Cargo Securing and Maritime regulations.
  • Be able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service / communication skills
  • Be adaptable to working irregular hours and traveling extensively.

The Role:

As a Senior Forwarder, you will be responsible for the start to finish process of moving yachts around the world, import, export & cross trades. You will be commercially minded, be a natural problem solver and be able to build relationships with customers & suppliers.
