Candidate Search & Shortlisting
Commitment Fee: £800 + VAT

Search, Selection & Shortlist

We get to work and start to search & screen candidates, leveraging our network, internal database, social platforms and other pro-active methods.

We present a shortlist if experienced, pre-screened candidates who are suitable for the job, have been fully briefed on the role & your company, are motivated to move & their salary expectations are aligned to what the role is paying.

In addition to our initial shortlist, we will continue to present candidates throughout the process.

Interview Setup & Offer Management
Fee: No Fee – all included in the above commitment fee.

Interviews & Offer Management

After you have reviewed the candidates we will coordinate & set up all interviews on your behalf. We will confirm all arrangements, prepare candidates & provide feedback, keeping both you and the candidates fully informed throughout the process.

Once you have chosen your successful candidate, we will help facilitate the offer process, aid in any negotiation of terms, bringing together a successful outcome for both parties.

We will coordinate notice periods, confirm start date, provide candidate coaching on counteroffers & ensure regular post-acceptance follow ups & check-ins.

Candidate Commencement
Fee: £2000 + VAT

Successful Candidate Starts

The successful candidate starts with your company. We are always on hand to help in anyway we can or provide any advice.

Completion of 3 Months Employment
Fee: £1000 + VAT
For positions paying over £70K+ salary – fee £3000 + VAT

3 Month Milestone

At this point, we confirm that your new employee has settled into their new role well, meeting expectations and there are no issues.

Completion of 6 Months Employment
Fee: £1000 + VAT

6 Month Milestone

At 6 Months, we confirm that your new employee is exceling in their role.

Completion of 12 Months Employment
Fee: £1000 + VAT

12 Month Milestone – Final

At 12 Months, we confirm that your new employee is a key member of your team. At this point our final milestone payment is due.

Total Payable after 12 Months: £4800 + VAT (£6800 + VAT for roles paying over £70K)
