The Role:
You will attend the various boat shows around the world, promoting the company & building relationships with various marine & boat manufacturers / agents, as well as high net wealth individuals who own / regularly move their boats.
The Winchester office has a small friendly team, but certainly a busy, fast-paced & enjoyable environment where you’ll gain full support from the directors who have a wealth of forwarding & business knowledge.
Although shipping experience would be beneficial, more importantly is attitude and willingness to learn this side & a keen interest / knowledge base within the marine sector.

Essential Criteria:

  • A marine background – albeit leisure or commercial
  • Commercially minded & proven sales background / ability
  • Excellent communication skills

Salary & Benefits:

Do you have freight forwarding / shipping experience & looking for your next role? Are you looking to join an exciting and growing Freight Forwarding company? Then this could be the role for you

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing shipments from start to finish both import and exports, handling & co-ordinating road, air and sea consignments, plus knowledge of customs

You must be able to build good relationships with new and existing clients, plus produce the appropriate shipping documentation and provide clients with the shipment status and the correct documents when required. Also assist with other departments when required.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous freight forwarding experience.
  • Familiar with shipping documentation and experience in Customs
  • Analytical Skills and Operations Management
  • Project Management experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Good customer services skills
  • Positive attitude, Team player and willingness to learn.
